At our facilities, we invested in a complete process from knitting, pre-washing, heat-setting, cleanroom conversion and finally Class 10 cleanroom Laundered. This is the only way to control contamination and to ensure consistency and product quality. Omega wipes is constructed from 100% virgin grade continuous-filament polyester in a double knit, no-run interlock pattern. Class 10 Cleanroom laundered and packed, our wipes is an ultraclean and highly sorbent wiper ideal for critical environments. Omega wipe has a laser or ultrasonic seal edge that exhibits extremely low particles and fiber levels than competitive knife-cut products. Soklin wipe is also available in sterile form for highly critical sterile environments.
