SAF Industries Ltd. was established in 1958 by a British group led by Mr. John T. Scott. In 1979 it was taken over by the Akij Group of Industries, the largest group of companies in Bangladesh.
Currently we at Savar Industry (part of SAF) , an almost 300 staff strong team, export 100% of our output to Japan and Italy. We are now very keen to expand our business activities to other countries. With the unique combination of owning our own tannery and shoe manufacturing factory, we can offer excellent quality leather shoes and boots, ready-made or according to your specified designs and sizes (made to order) , at very competitive rates.
